Miniresort at Belidlo

Reconstructed barn in Czech Switzerland

Completely luxuriously renovated former barn was built in the year 1770. The barn is located in the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse Na Bělidle (20 m). The building was sensitively, completely rebuilt into a residential style building in 2013 and 2014 with maximum respect for the original elements and using historical building materials.

The ground floor of the Kyjov barn consists of a spacious living area with a large corner sofa bed, a bar, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a dining room with two tables for 8-10 people and a bathroom with a large (approx. 2m²) brick shower, toilet, sink and urinal. The entire ground floor, excluding the bathroom, is one open space of about 80m². On the 1st floor on the left is a duplex bedroom with sleeping floor (2+2 beds) and a large loggia with a south view of the valley. In the middle is a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. There is another bedroom on the right with three beds and a large dressing room (separate small room).

The barn is heated by a cast iron American wood stove, underfloor heating and direct-fired boilers. The grounds also offer a large outdoor fireplace with seating (barbecue facilities) and a children’s playground with climbing frames. The entire barn is non-smoking. It is also possible to accommodate dogs (with the condition that they do not stay in the property unsupervised).

Meals are self-catering. Breakfast can be arranged in the guesthouse Na Bělidle (20 m).

The total capacity of the barn is 7 beds + 2 extra beds (sofa bed), approx. 140 m² of living space. Parking is right next to the property.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
